- Is there a code I need to use?
- No. Your membership is tied to your account, so there's nothing to type in and nothing to lose. Online, sign in and the discount applies at checkout. In store, we look you up by phone number.
- What does the discount apply to?
- Your order at Gulf Coast Smoke Shop. Stop in or ask us if you have a question about a specific item.
- How do I hear about member events?
- We let members know by text and email ahead of time. Members only events and holiday parties are held in the shop, and your membership is your invitation.
- How do I cancel?
- Membership runs for a minimum of two weeks. After that you can cancel any time by calling (239) 498-7478 or emailing contact@gulfcoastsmokeshop.com. Your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- When am I billed?
- $19.99 on the day you join, then the same day each month. The minimum term is two weeks. After that, billing continues monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future billing and your membership stays active through the month you have already paid for.
- Can I share my membership?
- No. Memberships are for one person and are not transferable. The discount is tied to your account and your phone number.
- Do I have to be 21?
- Yes. Membership is available only to customers 21 and older, and we verify age the same way we do for any purchase.
